Can I set my own commission rules?

Yes. MonkeyJar offers an extensive, graphical commission configurator that allows you to create and modify models and commission plans. The user can adjust the rules for calculating commissions to fit specific business scenarios and then edit them at any time in accordance with the changing needs of the organization.

Can I import data from existing Excel sheets to MonkeyJar?

Yes. The platform provides an intuitive way to import data from Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets.

Does the system also calculate sales bonuses?

Yes. The MonkeyJar Agent module allows sales representatives to review their performance and calculated commissions, as well as start disputes (in case of any doubts) which you can then settle.

Can sales agents report incorrectly calculated commissions?

Yes. If irregularities are detected, sales reps can use the MonkeyJar Agent platform to start a dispute regarding their commissions. Each such complaint is sent to the people responsible for calculations, and – if the complaint is accepted – the dispute is settled and corrections are included in subsequent calculations. The entire process is presented in a clear, graphical form, and interested parties can receive email notifications about the status of the dispute.

In addition to commissions for sellers, can I also use MonkeyJar to calculate settlements with partners?

Yes. MonkeyJar can be used to calculate commissions not only for sales people working in your company but also for external agents or partners. You can also allow them to use the dedicated MonkeyJar Agent portal. The system is flexible and adapts to various cooperation models.

Do I need my own infrastructure (e.g., a server) to implement MonkeyJar?
